Lifespan Religious Education

In-person RE Classes begin on Sunday, September 26, 2021 – Please register today!

Your family’s registration for 2021-22 Religious Education programming is now live on our website by going to!

The first day of RE is Sunday, September 26, and RE will meet most every Sunday from 11:00 AM-12:30 PM. Registration is extra important this year in order to know how many of you plan to join us in person. Moving larger groups to bigger classrooms may be necessary and synchronous virtual participation will also be offered as needed to make sure all are included. Frequent use of our wonderful outdoor spaces will be employed whenever possible. Masking and physical distance will be required for all children, youth, teachers, parents, caregivers, and all other adults at all times. Participation in indoor programming will require people of eligible vaccination age to show proof of vaccination upon entry. If there’s anything you need to help create a safer space for your family, please let us know in your registration.

There will be a short RE Family Ingathering before service and RE outdoors on Sunday, September 26 and outdoor Young People’s Choir Rehearsals will begin that morning as well. Please contact RE Music Specialist, George Weisman at to find out more about joining the Young People’s Choir.

Children’s Worship will begin outdoors starting on Sunday, October 10, 2021.

When the RE Classes begin on September 26, they will be partly held in the classrooms while taking advantage of going outdoors as much as they can. Classes will meet in the following groupings:

Pre-K (3 and 4-year-olds): Butterflies
Kindergarten: A Discovering Year
First Grade: Haunting House
Second Grade: Free to Believe
Third Grade: Feasts and Festivals
Fourth Grade: Toolbox of Faith
