During this time of social distancing across the nation in response to COVID-19 pandemic, it is understandable and even likely that you are experiencing a wide range of emotions including elevated stress levels, increased anxiety, fear for your health and the health of your loved ones, frustration, anger, depression, loneliness, boredom, and much more.
