Move to great music as you improve strength, endurance, mobility and vitality in this fun class using fitness and yoga inspired movements -- specifically designed for seniors -- but anyone can benefit! Adapted for any fitness level, chair and standing options are provided, and the meditative/relaxation parts of the class are wonderful for de-stressing.
Tuesdays – 11:00 AM
Saturdays – 10:00 AM
The classes are ongoing, and attendance is flexible!
$10 – occasional attendance, join when you’re available
$80 – once a week (either of the days) for 10 weeks = $8 per class
$100 – twice a week for 10 weeks = $5 per class
